The goal of Tenant's Corner is to provide information to our Current Tenants, Prospective Tenants and Lease-Option Program. We believe in providing the exact details of how we operate so there are not any surprises or guesswork.

Eventually we will include general knowledge for all tenants; however, the main object is to promote our Lease-Option Program and provide information to our current and future tenants.

Tenant Must Know Tip #1
What is your credit score? This is the first step in our rental process and Lease-Option Program. If you do not know your exact credit score, use the link to the left to find out for free.

Although our Lease-Option Program is geared towards individuals without great credit, you must know what is on your credit report and how to improve it in order to purchase a home. We provide information to our Tenants on how to improve their credit, and we match Lease-Option Tenants with a mortgage broker maximize your ability to purchase a home.

Tenant Must Know Tip #2
Renter's Insurance is a must. Although we have Insurance on the home, our Insurance does not cover your possessions. Renter's Insurance is relatively inexpensive, and it covers your belongings in the event something happens to them.
